Denver Broomsday sends reminders about posted street-sweeping parking restrictions on the Denver blocks you register — typically the evening before and the morning of your block's posted sweep day, April through November. We watch the schedule so you don't have to.
The sign on your block is the law — not our records, and not our alerts. Our data comes from the City's published records, which can lag what's physically posted, and the City may sweep, cancel, ticket, or tow on its own schedule without notice. Signs also carry rules we don't track (No Parking Any Time, loading zones, permits). We cannot promise you'll never receive a ticket, and an alert (or the absence of one) is never a statement that parking is legal. Always read the pole.
The free tier includes email alerts for one address — including any nearby blocks you add to your watch list. Paid and friends-and-family tiers add extras such as text alerts, additional addresses, and calendar files. You're responsible for keeping your registered address current — alerts are only as good as the blocks you've told us about.
If you're a paying subscriber, you receive a verified street-sweeping ticket on a day we alerted incorrectly for your registered block, and you'd moved in reliance on us, we'll refund your season pass. That refund is the limit of our liability: the service is provided "as is," and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for tickets, towing, or any other damages arising from use of the service.
